I hate it, but the only thing you can do is stop sending them email. - ceramic cups don't always fit in the company's coffee machine - people already carry papers+laptop+gsm+sacoche. Adding reusable plastic containers, ceramic cup and fork/spoon/knife doesn't make taking public transport easier. - computers need to be maintained! As a sysadmin I fully understand that computers need to be always turned on to receive critical patches. There are other possibilities, but they are not easy to implement! (Mainly because employees do not follow the procedures from the IT department.)
