The way “animal production” works is beyond the pale. Most people are cuddling their pets while completely ignoring the wholesale suffering caused by this industry. Psychological anchoring causes people to understand current meat prices as “normal”, just because they got used to it. Historical experience says that humans can get used to almost anything and accept almost any cruelty as a result. A scary perspective for all sentient beings, man and animal alike. Bon appetit!
